Stephen de Groot is President and co-founder of Brivia, an organization determined to make work and life better for everyone. He is the author of Responsive Leadership (SAGE, 2016) and Getting to Better (Networlding, 2026). He is a former adjunct professor of human behaviour theory, international speaker and coach to many high-level leaders across a variety of industries – he has presented to over 50 000 people and has worked with more than300 organizations across 12 countries worldwide.
